Is it freezing where you are…literally? So much of the country right now is under so many feet of snow…and a nice, hot bowl of soup may be just what is called for, and perhaps a Hot Buttered Rum to boot or a one way ticket to somewhere warm. If I were near you, I would gladly bring you over a pot of one of my soups…I love to make soup. It’s therapeutic if you ask me.
So here they are in all of their glory, my semi-famous S&C soup line-up…
Sausage and Kale Soup with potatoes and carrots…so full of heartiness that it will surely knock you out of your winter blues.
Or how about my Creamy Spinach Soup to give you a nice hit of iron so that you can power up and face the day.
One of my all-time faves over here at S&C is my healthy version of Cream of Mushroom Soup. It is my husband’s favorite and gets requested many, many times at my house.
And I know Kristy over at Eat, Play, Love would tell you that you should go make my Sweet Potato Soup; She is a fan and that is one opinion you can take to the bank…just look at what SHE cooks up.
And finally, last but definitely NOT least, is my Heirloom Tomato Soup if you can find any good tomatoes in your neck of the woods. That may be a challenge I’m afraid.
If you get a chance to make one, let me know how it went and which of YOUR soups is your favorite to make. Feel free to share your link in the comments.
