Whether you have a sweetheart, a sweet kid to bake cookies for, a dog to hug, or know someone you want to share a little happiness with…bake any of these treats and make this Thursday a little sweeter.
Raspberry jam filled, melt-in-your mouth Linzer Cookies will surely put a smile on anyone’s face this Valentine’s Day.
Or maybe some breakfast in bed with a plate of rich Red Velvet Pancakes, would start the day off right for your better half?
Need to add some spice to your night? Then perhaps these Winter Spiced Molten Souffle Cakes will turn up the heat a notch?
Or, maybe your co-workers, friendly (or even not so friendly) neighbor, child’s teacher or YOU need this unique and floral Pistachio Cardamom Cookie that has a hint of rosewater in it to brighten the day.
Any which way you decide to enjoy Valentine’s Day, just fill it with something sweet—sugary or not!

A very nice collection of recipes, Geni, and a great way to remind us of some of your prior posts. Those final cookies, though, the cardamom pistachio, are speaking to me. I need to make a batch. 🙂
