Hi All,
With Fall upon us, it’s definitely time to pull out the deliciously spicy pumpkin recipes. I hope you enjoy this parade of my favorites!
Try these Pumpkin Whoopie Pies stuffed with Cream Cheese Butter Cream frosting…
Or wow your guests with this very homey and pumpkin-y Bread Pudding with whiskey sauce. It’s actually so easy to make but tastes very gourmet, and it’s a little bit spiked so how can you do better than that?
This sunny side up Pumpkin Citrus Bundt Cake with cream cheese glaze is sure to perk up your day with the bright pumpkin and orange flavors.
If you just need something pumpkin-y to dunk in your cup of coffee while you unwind, then these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip or Raisin Cookies are just the thing.
And if it’s a bit hot and steamy in your neck of the woods, like it is here in sunny So. Cal (almost 100 degrees yesterday!), then perhaps a cool and creamy Pumpkin and Gingersnap Parfait with Bourbon will do the trick.
Any way that you make and eat pumpkin is sure to make you smile and usher in Fall as the spicy aromas permeate your house. Happy Pumpkin Eating!

Delicious!!!! I’m so ready for pumpkin season! It’s one of the best things about this season in my book. Thought of you at the end of this summer – hope the start to the new school year went well. I know it was a new chapter. 🙂

Thanks Kristy. We just moved my son into his dorm last weekend. It’s been a crazy summer and now I am getting used to the empty bedroom. He is having a blast already though so it’s very good.

It’s definitely pumpkin time again. I’m almost surprised not to see a pumpkin pound cake in the mix. It’s my seasonal go-to, especially with chocolate chips thrown in.

Hello Geni, are you getting used to walking by your son’s empty bedroom? I know I will probably still always cook for the same amount of people and still set a plate setting for my boys even when they move out. After all those years, it would be difficult not to. Hugs coming your way. Can I have one of each of your pumpkin desserts?

What a wonderful round up of pumpkin treats, Geni! My favorite would be the Parfait! I think those flavors with the bourbon go perfect together! xx

That is a fine looking parade! I’m saving a couple of those recipes to try out once my pumpkins have finished growing / seasoning. Thanks
